  1. Before taking a reading, sit quietly for a few minutes in a comfortable position with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Wrap the cuff securely around your upper arm, level with your heart. Ensure it is neither too tight nor too loose.
  3. Press the START button. The device will initiate automatic cuff inflation using Intellisense Technology.
  4. Remain relaxed and still during measurement. Do not speak or move your arm until the results display.
  5. Once the measurement is complete, your blood pressure and pulse readings will appear on the digital screen.
  6. Record your readings for ongoing health monitoring or to share with your healthcare provider as needed.
