How to Use

• Remove pad from individual wrapper
• Peel off adhesive backing and center pad on underwear
• Press firmly to secure
• Fold wings under underwear and press adhesive to hold
• Change every 4–6 hours or when saturated
• Wrap used pad in wrapper or tissue and dispose in bin
